What we collect

When you contact Pixelgate via email or Telegram, we receive the information you choose to send: name, email, brand details, and any project briefs or reference materials you share. When you visit pixelgate.io we collect anonymous traffic data (page views, referrer, country, device type) through privacy-respecting analytics — no personal identifiers, no third-party tracking pixels.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to scope your project, respond to inquiries, deliver work, and keep you updated on your project status. We use anonymous traffic data only to understand which sections of the site work and which don't — never to build profiles or sell to third parties.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Pixelgate doesn't sell, rent, or share client data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use a small set of trusted operational tools (email, payment processing, file storage) — each treats your data under their own privacy terms, listed on request.

How long we keep it

Active project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus two years for reference and legal compliance. You can request deletion at any time at hello@pixelgate.io.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the data we hold about you. Email us and we'll respond within seven business days. If you're in the EU/UK, your GDPR rights apply; if you're in California, your CCPA rights apply; we honor both.
