Engagement
By engaging Pixelgate ("we", "us") to produce creative work, you ("client") agree to these terms. Project scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing per project before work begins.
Deliverables
We deliver final video files in agreed-upon formats and aspect ratios. Source files are included unless otherwise specified. Three rounds of revisions are included on every project; additional rounds are quoted separately.
Timelines
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from brief approval. Long-form work and projects requiring custom motion-graphics may take 3-7 days. Rush delivery is available on request and quoted per project.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Invoices are typically due on delivery for one-off projects, or net-15 for ongoing engagements. Late payments may pause active production.
Ownership
On full payment, the client receives full commercial rights to the delivered video assets. Pixelgate retains the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless explicitly excluded in writing. Stock assets, fonts, and music licensed for the project are governed by their respective licenses.
Confidentiality
We treat all briefs, brand guidelines, scripts, and unreleased products as confidential by default. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA on request before sharing project details.
Liability
Pixelgate's liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We don't guarantee specific marketing outcomes (CPA, ROAS, conversions) — those depend on factors outside the creative itself.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date is invoiced and due. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
